Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with 10+ years.
- Experience leading teams, projects, programs, or business initiatives.
- Experience with government contracting and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements.
- Expertise in Estimates at Completion (EAC), Earned Value Management (EVM), and Risk and Opportunity (R&O) analysis.
- Experience developing and presenting financial analysis for executive communications.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with SAP, Business Warehouse, PMX, or EDIT+ systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee forecasting processes and month-end close deliverables.
- Manage Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly forecast reviews.
- Perform Cash Task Force activities and cash tracking reviews.
- Lead a team of approximately three finance managers and analysts.
- Coordinate financial planning and reporting with business leadership.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
- Support workforce planning and resource alignment.
