Requirements
- 12+ years of experience leading data strategy and analytics teams.
- Expertise in the digital measurement ecosystem (MMM, MTA, Incrementality).
- Experience with Marketing technology and enabling enterprise analytics systems.
- Proven track record of team leadership and managing managers.
- Ability to present complex technical topics to C-suite executives.
- Proficiency in digital measurement, data privacy, and compliance.
- Experience working with Ad platforms and Digital Analytics tools.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides.
- Excellent project management skills across multiple clients and timelines.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Data Strategy team and manage 4-5 Directors/Associate Directors.
- Architect and deploy measurement solutions for enterprise clients.
- Partner with exec-level leaders to deliver scalable cross-channel data solutions.
- Manage team operations, project planning, resourcing, and budget.
- Evangelize measurement methods, privacy, and data capture technologies.
- Develop cutting-edge measurement tools and novel solutions.
- Act as an escalation point for complex client situations.
- Educate and train internal teams on Data Strategy & Analytics capabilities.
- Support new business growth through consultative sales and MarTech stack assessment.
