Lead the strategic direction, governance, and roadmap development of a global sourcing and sustainability data platform.
Oversee the design and continuous improvement of risk assessment and benchmarking methodologies to support responsible sourcing initiatives.
Drive the development and enhancement of digital tools and platform capabilities in collaboration with data and technology teams.
Ensure strong cross-functional alignment across advisory, certification, projects, and innovation teams.
Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring high-quality delivery, coordination, and professional development.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement and external partnerships to strengthen platform adoption and impact.
Support fundraising efforts and contribute to external positioning and strategic growth initiatives.
Oversee the integration of the platform into operational workflows to maximize usability and organizational value.
