Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Digital, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in global project or program management, ideally within transformation or shared services environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stream, high-risk programs in large-scale organizations.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, including engagement with executive sponsors and cross-functional global teams.
  • Experience in digital content, omnichannel operations, AI-enabled solutions, or content transformation initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous or evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in budget management, financial oversight, and resource allocation for large programs.
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and quality standards in regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Jasper AI, Workfront, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent transformation pilot projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, including business sponsors, IT leaders, workstream leads, vendors, and executive committees, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Define and maintain project governance structures, quality assurance frameworks, and compliance standards aligned with regulated industry requirements.
  • Establish transition and readiness criteria across workstreams, including RACI design, capability mapping, and training requirements.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, particularly across technical, operational, vendor, and data-related dimensions.
  • Oversee budget tracking, resource planning, and financial escalation management for large-scale transformation programs.
  • Drive change and adoption activities in collaboration with change management teams, including training, communications, and AI adoption enablement.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of project plans, maintaining accurate documentation of milestones, risks, issues, and action logs throughout delivery cycles.
