Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or equivalent delivery leadership roles with P&L responsibility
- Proven experience managing contribution margin, utilization, burn rate, and fixed-price government contracts
- Strong background in public health technology, health IT, or government health services
- Demonstrated success managing and growing client relationships in the public sector
- Expertise in project/program management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models
- Experience building, scaling, and mentoring high-performing cross-functional teams
- Strong operational and analytical skills
- Executive communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Own portfolio performance including contribution margin, utilization, burn rates, and forecast accuracy
- Ensure consistent, on-time, and on-budget delivery across all state government projects
- Establish delivery governance frameworks including risk management, escalation paths, quality assurance, and standardized agile/project methodologies
- Serve as senior relationship owner for state health department clients
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams including delivery managers, engineers, analysts, PMs, and QA specialists
- Build scalable and repeatable delivery processes, reporting structures, and estimation frameworks
- Maintain forward-looking resource planning and capacity management
- Partner with technical and offerings teams to ensure solution consistency
- Collaborate with growth teams on account expansion
- Contribute to division leadership strategy, OKRs, and operational decision-making
