Requirements
- Hands-on experience configuring monitoring or observability tools
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and distributed systems
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs (REST/SOAP), and system communication protocols
- Experience in infrastructure automation or cloud automation projects
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Shell Script, or Perl
- Intermediate to advanced English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Configure ServiceNow ITOM for infrastructure discovery, inventory, and CMDB automation
- Implement monitoring and AIOps integrations with Zabbix, Dynatrace, Datadog, SolarWinds, SCOM
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Automate workflows using SSH, PowerShell, JDBC, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Support containerized environments including Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
- Contribute to architecture discussions and system troubleshooting
