Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering (generative AI, NLP, deep learning, predictive modeling).
- Strong experience developing and deploying large language models (GPT, Gemini, Claude or similar).
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and practices.
- Familiarity with big data technologies including Spark, Hadoop, SQL, and NoSQL systems.
- Strong understanding of AI system deployment, model lifecycle management, and production scaling.
- Experience working with healthcare data and knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Design, build, and train advanced AI models including generative AI, NLP systems, deep learning architectures, and predictive analytics.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Work with large-scale healthcare datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and validation.
- Integrate AI models into existing enterprise systems in collaboration with software engineering teams.
- Continuously monitor and optimize model performance using MLOps practices.
- Drive AI innovation by researching emerging technologies and evaluating new frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy requirements, and ethical AI standards.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve business processes through AI.
