Requirements
- Proven experience working with the SAP SD module in complex business environments.
- Strong knowledge of sales order management, billing, pricing, deliveries, and logistics processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SD customizing and SPRO configuration activities.
- Familiarity with IDOCs, EDI integrations, and interface management.
- Ability to read and debug ABAP code for troubleshooting and analysis purposes.
- Previous experience participating in SAP implementation and rollout projects.
- Experience conducting business requirement gathering and producing functional specifications.
- Solid understanding of commercial, logistics, invoicing, and distribution processes.
- Knowledge of Brazilian tax and fiscal legislation related to SAP processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to commercial operations, billing, logistics, and distribution processes.
- Configure and customize SAP SD solutions according to operational and business needs.
- Support system maintenance activities by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and operational issues.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects, ensuring efficient delivery and adoption.
- Execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing activities to validate system performance and functionality.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and other SAP modules and external systems.
- Produce and maintain functional documentation, configuration records, and technical specifications.
- Train end users and support change management and adoption initiatives across business teams.
