Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales, national accounts, business development, or channel/retail distribution roles.
- Proven experience selling into major retail accounts or large-scale retail networks.
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of acquiring new business.
- Experience in consumer products, wholesale distribution, CPG, electronics, or telecom.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage complex accounts and deliver revenue and margin growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
- Comfortable working remotely with travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow national and regional retail accounts across Canada and the U.S.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with retailers, carriers, dealers, and distribution partners.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline focused on new account acquisition and SKU expansion.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with retail partners ensuring profitability.
- Collaborate with internal product, pricing, inventory, and operations teams.
- Drive promotional strategies and assortment planning.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with vendor and retail partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
