Requirements
- Master’s degree in a clinical discipline or PsyD / PhD in clinical or counseling psychology
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent)
- 4+ years of post-licensure direct clinical experience in full-time practice
- Expertise in safety risk assessment and management (suicidality, self-harm, crisis intervention)
- Experience in clinical quality assurance, auditing, or evaluation of care standards
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IPT, or EFT
- Ability to apply clinical judgment in structured and unstructured scenarios
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate across clinical, product, and technical teams
- Experience applying generative AI or LLMs in healthcare (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical safety and quality monitoring of AI-driven mental health tools
- Perform clinical escalation procedures to support client safety
- Participate in structured testing of AI systems to validate clinical accuracy
- Develop and curate clinical scenarios reflecting real-world experiences
- Define and write gold standard clinical responses for AI model outputs
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for clinical quality and evidence-based adherence
- Identify gaps and risks in AI-driven clinical interactions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and clinical teams
- Refine clinical frameworks for AI model training
- Support quality assurance for digital mental health interventions
