Requirements
- 14+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, engineering, infrastructure, or performance/reliability-focused technical roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-organization technical programs with executive-level visibility.
- Strong technical fluency in performance and reliability domains, including mobile/web systems, observability, release health, and user journey metrics.
- Deep understanding of system-level tradeoffs affecting scalability, latency, user experience, and platform stability.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to design meaningful performance and success measurement frameworks.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering and executive teams.
- Demonstrated experience driving organizational change and embedding new engineering practices at scale.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical engagement in complex systems.
- Experience in experimentation systems, platform reliability, or large-scale infrastructure programs is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide performance programs across mobile, web, infrastructure, observability, experimentation, and release quality systems.
- Define and operationalize the performance strategy, including measurement frameworks, success metrics, and regression prevention mechanisms.
- Partner with engineering, infrastructure, data science, and product leaders to translate performance goals into executable cross-functional programs.
- Build and evolve operating models that embed performance into engineering culture, prioritization, and delivery workflows.
- Develop governance structures, leadership forums, and communication systems to drive alignment and adoption across multiple organizations.
- Design measurement systems that connect technical performance improvements to real user experience and business outcomes.
- Identify systemic risks and tradeoffs across client platforms, release systems, and production environments using deep technical judgment.
- Drive organizational change that shifts teams from reactive performance work to proactive, scalable, and durable practices.
