Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, business operations, or process improvement roles.
- Proven ability to analyze complex workflows and convert findings into structured requirements.
- Experience building or managing operational dashboards and reporting systems.
- Familiarity with SOC environments (ticketing systems, alert queues, SLAs, incident workflows).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with engineering or product teams.
- Ability to manage backlogs, prioritize initiatives, and communicate tradeoffs.
- Strong data literacy to interpret operational metrics.
- Comfort using AI tools as part of daily workflows.
Responsibilities
- Partner with SOC leadership to analyze analyst workflows and investigation patterns.
- Own and maintain a structured operational backlog in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Design and maintain SOC reporting infrastructure to track MTTD/MTTR and escalation trends.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with support operations and engineering.
- Define and enforce documentation standards across SOC operations.
- Translate operational gaps into executable requirements for engineering and product teams.
- Lead rollout and adoption of new tools, workflows, and training programs.
