Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX writing, copywriting, content management, or content QA for digital or mobile products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-converting, user-focused copywriting across digital interfaces or products.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and UX issues.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms or internal product tools, with strong comfort in technical workflows.
  • Ability to interpret basic product data or user experience insights to prioritize content improvements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Native-level English proficiency (C1 or higher), with strong editing and content creation capabilities.
  • Degree in Linguistics, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and optimize high-converting product copy that drives user engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Perform detailed content QA across in-app assets, guides, and user flows to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Identify and address content issues such as formatting errors, unclear instructions, or missing UI elements before release.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate user friction points and translate insights into structured content improvements.
  • Manage daily content operations independently, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery across multiple workflows.
  • Execute content updates within CMS or internal systems, ensuring accurate implementation across the app environment.
  • Maintain ongoing content consistency with brand tone, UX principles, and performance objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement of content processes through proactive feedback and optimization suggestions.
