Job Details

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Good understanding of India’s cultural, social, and political landscape.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), Snapchat, and similar ecosystems.
Strong interest in pop culture, including music, films, gaming, fashion, memes, and online creators.
Ability to analyze content objectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Experience in content moderation, content review, editorial work, or similar roles is a plus.
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, especially spreadsheets and data tracking tools.
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving guidelines, workflows, and content policies.
Strong attention to detail, editorial judgment, and ability to follow structured guidelines consistently.

Review and evaluate video content according to established editorial and client guidelines to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights within video content, particularly related to pop culture and digital media ecosystems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide structured editorial feedback and research support.
Assess assigned video volumes daily while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of outputs.
Apply strong cultural and contextual awareness when analyzing content, including political and social nuances.
Determine whether content meets defined criteria aligned with client objectives and expectations.
Contribute to special projects and support continuous improvement of content review workflows.
Participate in maintaining a positive and collaborative team culture in a remote work environment.
