Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities within client portfolios
  • Maintain proactive daily communication with clients
  • Develop and nurture strategic client relationships
  • Drive adoption and increased usage of CRM platforms
  • Design, execute, and facilitate workshops on CRM best practices
  • Monitor client performance metrics daily
  • Develop weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Apply CRM strategies focused on segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing
