Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities within client portfolios
- Maintain proactive daily communication with clients
- Develop and nurture strategic client relationships
- Drive adoption and increased usage of CRM platforms
- Design, execute, and facilitate workshops on CRM best practices
- Monitor client performance metrics daily
- Develop weekly and monthly performance reports
- Apply CRM strategies focused on segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing
- Conduct LTV analysis to maximize retention and revenue
- Design and optimize multichannel CRM campaigns
