Requirements
- 3+ years managing engineering teams or leading engineers
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Hands-on skills in modern web development (JavaScript, TypeScript, React)
- Comfortable contributing code weekly
- Strong technical ability to review PRs and pair program
- Experience with cloud-based, scalable systems (AWS preferred)
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments with iterative delivery
- Strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations

- Foster a healthy, collaborative engineering culture
- Align engineering work with business goals and clinical user needs
- Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery of Clinical EMR features
- Improve execution via Scrumban-style workflow
- Collaborate on architecture, technical choices, and long-term system evolution
- Contribute code regularly including feature work, bug fixes, and refactors
- Triage issues, support debugging, and unblock the team
