Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.
- Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, and Looker.
- Ability to write complex queries and model data.
- Experience working with Finance stakeholders (FP&A, Accounting, Payments, Revenue Ops).
- Proficiency with GitHub and version control.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- High attention to detail regarding reconciliation and financial logic.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Finance and Payments teams to build and maintain metrics, models, and dashboards.
- Own end-to-end analysis: writing SQL/dbt models and building Looker dashboards.
- Develop and optimize Looker dashboards for financial planning and revenue analysis.
- Maintain and evolve core financial data models in dbt.
- Troubleshoot data quality, validate calculations, and ensure reconciled datasets.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical solutions.
- Support data architecture modernization through best practices in modeling and QA.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Marketing teams.
