Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or similar analytical operational roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce (SFDC), including data entry, account management, reporting, and list administration.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience performing data analysis, validation, and cleanup activities.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets for large-scale list management, reporting, and ad hoc analysis tasks.
- Experience working with GTM and third-party data platforms such as ZoomInfo, Cognism, and Pitchbook.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies used to improve workflow efficiency and operational productivity.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and governance best practices.
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience supporting GTM, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations teams in operational or analytical capacities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute GTM special list tagging, updates, and coordination activities within Salesforce to maintain accurate account segmentation and ownership.
- Build and deliver ad hoc account lists using Salesforce and third-party firmographic data platforms.
- Support large-scale data governance and cleanup projects by analyzing account records, preparing bulk updates, and improving overall CRM data integrity.
- Assist with platform identification validation processes by updating account tagging.
- Troubleshoot and support third-party data vendor seat provisioning and access management for GTM teams.
- Maintain high service levels, turnaround times, and operational efficiency while managing multiple concurrent requests.
- Collaborate closely with sales operations, revenue operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and process alignment.
