Requirements
- Product Manager experience responsible for free-to-play game economies.
- Solid understanding of player motivations and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, data visualization, and crafting presentations.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or Finance.
- Demonstrated cross-collaboration skills with Product, Design, and LiveOps teams.
- Outstanding skills in SQL, R, Python, and/or other analytics and modeling platforms.
Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve Monopoly GO!’s economy to establish a balanced and enduring framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, analytics, and marketing.
- Craft economic frameworks including currency systems, pricing strategies, inflation control, and reward mechanisms.
- Design economic models to predict player behavior and drive long-term success.
- Apply data analytics to boost retention, social interactions, and monetization.
- Forecast economic impact using A/B testing and other analytical methods.
- Lead and mentor other economy team members.
