Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on experience managing Facebook and/or Google Ads accounts.
  • Proven track record of improving KPIs across paid social and search.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions.
  • Experience writing ad copy and briefing or producing creative assets.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Clear, proactive communication skills.
  • Self-directed and resourceful problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics preferred.
  • Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer Facebook and Google ad accounts day-to-day.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and report status.
  • Diagnose and solve underperforming account issues.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices.
  • Own the ad creative library and manage creative fatigue.
  • Execute A/B tests for copy, images, and video.
  • Liaise with Customer Success Coordinators on account status.
  • Address technical ad account support tickets.
  • Maintain documentation for Ad Ops processes.
