Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields
- 3+ years of experience writing object-oriented C++ and Python code in a professional setting
- Proficient in C++ development on Linux platforms
- Working knowledge of computer network principles
- Skilled in using network diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump)
- Experience writing modular software using modern design practices
- Understanding of C++ Build Systems (e.g., CMake), Dependency Management & Cross Compilation
- Detail oriented with great technical documentation and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the PX4 autopilot platform
- Gain full system understanding of C/C++, Python & Bash codebases from embedded to cloud
- Foster professional relationships with key partners in the US
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand customer use cases
- Analyze flight performance, add features, and resolve bugs in AuterionOS
- Propose and implement new software solutions
- Provide expert L3 technical support to customers
- Write internal documentation and contribute to the public-facing knowledge base
