Requirements
- Postgraduate degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD preferred; Master’s in health-related field).
- 10-12+ years of industry experience, including 4+ in a consulting environment.
- Expert knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry and payer-evidence requirements.
- Proven record of leadership in HEOR publications, business development, and consulting.
- Strong understanding of budget impact, cost-effectiveness, and cost-consequence models.
- Experience in utility modelling/mapping and trial-based analyses.
- Excellent strategic and technical writing skills.
- Experience interpreting data outputs and delivering presentations to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Participate in senior leadership to set business strategy and ensure operational excellence.
- Deliver high-quality evidence-strategy planning, economic modeling, and real-world evidence services.
- Coordinate prioritization, resource allocation, and project delivery for VDEM services.
- Achieve revenue and sales targets through active client engagement and account management.
- Build new business opportunities and cultivate long-term client partnerships.
- Identify, develop, and retain talent within the VDEM team.
- Coach, mentor, and oversee career development planning for staff members.
