Requirements
- Proven experience running creative, brand, content, or marketing operations in a fast-moving environment.
- High operational rigour and ability to build systems.
- Strong judgement on when to tighten process versus when to get out of the way.
- Confident managing external partners across scopes, timelines, and feedback loops.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Systems thinking ability to map dependencies and decision points.
- Experience with multi-format production (video, events, web, editorial).
- Strong Notion fluency (databases, dashboards, templates).
- Comfort using AI tools for workflow automation.
- Familiarity with high-stakes comms and approvals.
Responsibilities
- Translate quarterly and monthly priorities into clear shipping plans and lead weekly cadences.
- Design smarter briefing processes and reusable templates.
- Own onboarding, scopes, and quality control for agencies and freelancers.
- Run the production layer for activations, events, and launches.
- Map cross-functional dependencies across Product, PMM, Commercial, CX, Legal, Data, and Web.
- Improve workflow layers through tooling, AI, and automation.
