Requirements

  • Proven experience running creative, brand, content, or marketing operations in a fast-moving environment.
  • High operational rigour and ability to build systems.
  • Strong judgement on when to tighten process versus when to get out of the way.
  • Confident managing external partners across scopes, timelines, and feedback loops.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Systems thinking ability to map dependencies and decision points.
  • Experience with multi-format production (video, events, web, editorial).
  • Strong Notion fluency (databases, dashboards, templates).
  • Comfort using AI tools for workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with high-stakes comms and approvals.

Responsibilities

  • Translate quarterly and monthly priorities into clear shipping plans and lead weekly cadences.
  • Design smarter briefing processes and reusable templates.
  • Own onboarding, scopes, and quality control for agencies and freelancers.
  • Run the production layer for activations, events, and launches.
  • Map cross-functional dependencies across Product, PMM, Commercial, CX, Legal, Data, and Web.
  • Improve workflow layers through tooling, AI, and automation.
