Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations, automation, systems coordination, CRM administration, or AI implementation.
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or related tools.
- Practical understanding of APIs, workflow integrations, and systems automation.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and process improvement skills.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and emerging AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve AI-assisted workflows using Claude, Claude Co-Work, Claude Code, and ChatGPT.
- Develop internal AI agents, prompts, templates, and project spaces.
- Build and maintain automations using Zapier, Make.com, or n8n.
- Support API-enabled integrations and workflow automation across multiple business systems.
- Optimize CRM and operational workflows, including onboarding, rostering, and compliance.
- Create SOPs, process maps, and scalable knowledge bases.
- Train and support team members in using AI tools and operational workflows.
