Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Production experience with LLM-powered agentic systems
- Proficiency with agentic frameworks like Pydantic AI or LangGraph
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Active usage of coding agents for daily development
- Strong Python skills (FastAPI/Django)
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and Terraform
- Ability to debug AI pipelines and interpret agent traces
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Contribute hands-on across the full lifecycle of AI products
- Plan, implement, and maintain end-to-end agents
- Operate AI-natively using agents for planning and debugging
- Contribute to foundational AI platform and tooling
- Test and integrate new models and agentic frameworks
- Instrument and monitor AI pipelines for production health
- Support enablement efforts for internal teams
