Requirements
- Experience mentoring and developing technical team members.
- Experience managing or leading technical pre-sales or information technology professionals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
- Strong technical presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and related technologies.
- Willingness to travel in line with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead a distributed team of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects supporting Enterprise customers in the West territory.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback, career support, and skills development.
- Grow and retain a high-performing team by hiring thoughtfully, onboarding effectively, and fostering an inclusive culture.
- Engage in key customer opportunities as a Solutions Architect, from discovery through technical validation.
- Drive the quality and consistency of technical evaluations, demos, and proofs of concept.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales managers on territory strategy and account planning.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to influence the roadmap.
- Define and track key performance indicators, and communicate progress and risks.
