Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with SAS Programming and Platform Administration.
- Extensive experience with SAS Enterprise Guide, Enterprise Miner, DI Studio, Metadata Server, GRID, and Studio.
- Proficiency with Object Spawner, Workspace servers, Stored Process servers, SASWORK, and Security Administration.
- Extensive enterprise software deployment knowledge (Windows Server, RHEL 8+, Database config, Firewall/Networking).
- Experience with Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI).
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English ability.
- Knowledge of data architecture, database systems, and analytics.
- Knowledge of SQL and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of SLC supported platforms: Linux, AIX, MacOS, and Solaris.
Responsibilities
- Perform discovery with customers to understand their existing SAS environment and migration feasibility.
- Analyze SAS language programs and collaborate with development/data science teams.
- Analyze infrastructure and prepare recommended target architectures.
- Determine customer use cases and prepare a 'route to live'.
- Attend customer stand-ups and serve as the face of the product.
- Deploy and configure SLC software in customer environments.
- Configure 3rd party applications/drivers/databases.
- Train customer system admins and migration delivery teams on SLC/HUB and best practices.
- Triage technical issues and work with L2 support and product engineering.
- Travel to client locations as needed.
