Requirements
- Senior-level full-stack engineering experience
- Strong backend focus: distributed systems, API design, secure integration patterns
- Deep experience building production-grade agents using LangChain, LangGraph, DeepAgents, and model-provider SDKs
- Fluency in agent search patterns including RAG
- Strong working knowledge of AI security frameworks and observability
- Hands-on experience designing and running evals
- Banking or regulated-industry experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and delivery of complex banking AI engagements
- Partner directly with client engineering, security, and architecture teams
- Architect end-to-end agentic systems including data ingress, model orchestration, and observability
- Make decisions on platform builds vs bespoke integrations
- Mentor mid-level FDEs
- Represent engineering credibility to banking CTOs and CISOs
