Responsibilities

  • Apply and demonstrate product knowledge to resolve customer issues
  • Respond to questions and resolve issues via email, chat, and phone
  • Handle approximately 25 interactions per day
  • Conduct new customer implementations and training
  • Develop and deliver training webinars
  • Write and create help documents and videos
  • Assist with software quality assurance and testing
  • Provide design and functionality feedback to the product team
