Responsibilities
- Apply and demonstrate product knowledge to resolve customer issues
- Respond to questions and resolve issues via email, chat, and phone
- Handle approximately 25 interactions per day
- Conduct new customer implementations and training
- Develop and deliver training webinars
- Write and create help documents and videos
- Assist with software quality assurance and testing
- Provide design and functionality feedback to the product team
