Responsibilities
- Architect and support AI-enabled learning and knowledge solutions
- Help shape scalable AI workflows and technical learning experiences
- Advise on AI tooling, automation, and platform capabilities
- Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions
- Support prototyping, testing, and iteration of AI-driven experiences
- Collaborate across product, operations, engineering, and delivery teams
- Evaluate and recommend scalable technical approaches and integrations
- Identify risks, technical constraints, and implementation considerations early
- Support technical decision-making across AI product and learning ecosystems
- Contribute to best practices around AI-enabled delivery and workflows
