Requirements
- 7+ years as a Salesforce Solutions Architect with experience designing enterprise-scale solutions.
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Experience with API development using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi).
- Hands-on development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flow.
- Deep understanding of data architecture, modeling, and governance.
- Experience implementing AI/ML capabilities (Einstein, predictive scoring).
- Experience with HubSpot-Salesforce integration.
- Familiarity with revenue intelligence platforms (Gong).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps (CI/CD, version control).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required).
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (Required).
- One additional technical certification: Platform Developer I, Integration Architecture Designer, or Data Architecture Designer (Required).
Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce CRM architecture and solutions design across our global revenue organization.
- Design and implement robust API integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, and enterprise systems.
- Build and optimize integration architecture for AI-powered lead scoring and revenue intelligence tools.
- Establish and enforce technical governance and data architecture standards.
- Architect and implement custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of third-party applications.
- Design and build real-time data synchronization via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Create technical documentation, integration diagrams, and architecture decision records.
- Mentor Salesforce admins and provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams.
- Drive AI and automation initiatives within Salesforce.
