Requirements
- 10+ years of experience within the Life Sciences commercial ecosystem (SIP, SFE, Brand Launch).
- Deep understanding of patient longitudinal/claims data, drug development lifecycle, and brand launch strategies.
- Mastery of omnichannel strategy and Next Best Action (NBA) orchestration.
- Proficiency in integrating AI into existing CRM workflows (Veeva/Salesforce).
- Technical degree (Master’s preferred) with strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, Data Science, or Technical Consulting.
- Ability to create architectural diagrams and data flow maps.
- Proven track record of supporting complex enterprise sales with executive presence.
- Experience using agentic workflows and AI automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop a master-level understanding of ODAIA's product architecture, platform, and data strategies.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to pharma commercial leaders, designing scalable data-to-insight blueprints.
- Partner with sales to lead technical discovery, validate feasibility, and deliver high-impact POCs.
- Deliver technical presentations, frameworks, and best practice guides for strategic clients.
- Identify technical risks and design proactive mitigation strategies.
- Provide field-tested feedback to Product and Engineering to align the roadmap with the pharma landscape.
