Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Strong experience with system integrations and middleware solutions.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are a must.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership capabilities and experience in guiding technical teams.
- Process-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce architectures aligned with business requirements.
- Lead the technical strategy, integrations, and customization of Salesforce platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Oversee and guide developers and consultants in implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and assess their potential for integration.
