Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, consulting, or complex solution delivery.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience leading Salesforce Core implementations.
- Strong expertise in application design, data modeling, integration patterns, and security architecture.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business processes.
- Experience mentoring teams or leading technical workstreams.
- Salesforce certifications (Architect-level credentials such as CTA) are a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise and public sector clients.
- Design, review, and optimize end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
- Lead complex customer engagements.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams.
- Support the definition of program vision and architecture roadmaps.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.
