Requirements
- 5 years of experience in consulting, investment, startups, or high-growth companies.
- Strong business acumen with understanding of DTC/eCommerce models.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action.
- Exposure to AI, data, or technical teams.
- Experience implementing tools, automation, or data-driven workflows (AI/ML a plus).
- Highly organized with strong project management and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership mentality with a bias for action.
- Experience working across multiple functions.
- Experience working across international teams (US and Europe).
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to ensure strategy communication, implementation, and delivery.
- Drive annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles and track performance metrics/OKRs.
- Lead priority strategic initiatives including new function development and market expansion.
- Ensure AI initiatives translate into tangible, cost-effective business performance improvements.
- Build and lead the Product function including strategy, R&D, and Go-To-Market.
- Manage the leadership operating cadence and improve the organizational operating model.
- Support board and investor preparation with materials and insights.
- Align US and European teams around shared priorities and ways of working.
