Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Demonstrated track record of leading initiatives end-to-end.
- Proven ability to lead in ambiguity.
- Fluent with AI-assisted development tools (Codex, Claude Code).
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, TypeScript, React, and SQL.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (Azure and/or AWS).
- Experience operating production systems.
- Strong influence without authority and ability to mentor.
- Healthcare or regulated-industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own high-stakes work as the DRI end-to-end (design, build, ship, monitor, fix, iterate).
- Design for flexibility, delivering value incrementally.
- Make technical calls and speed-vs-durability tradeoffs.
- Operate production systems, ensuring reliability, observability, and incident response.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Codex, Claude Code) to accelerate development.
- Mentor team members and drive alignment across product, design, and other teams.
- Drive measurable outcomes tied to member metrics and business goals.
