Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 4+ years of people management experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools in production.
- Background in full-stack development with Java, Ruby, Javascript, or React.
- Experience with microservice-based architectures on AWS or GCP.
- Fluency in Agile delivery methodologies, preferably SAFe.
- Demonstrated experience in mentorship, calibration, and conflict resolution.
- Experience as an Agile Scrum Master or Team Coach preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the cross-functional Customer & Application team including engineers, SDETs, and Product Owner.
- Partner with Product Management to balance business outcomes with technical health.
- Drive delivery from solutioning to validation, including new product lines and platform migrations.
- Optimize Agile processes and SDLC to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement and expand utilization of AI coding tools to improve team throughput.
- Mentor and grow engineers in an inclusive, psychologically safe environment.
- Coordinate cross-team efforts with Platform and Security.
