Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
- 5 years of experience in the healthcare field in billing or collections.
- 5 years of client-facing or customer service experience.
- 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- 3-5 years of experience with workers' compensation billing and collections preferred.
- Intermediate understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing.
- Strong computer proficiency including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of assigned Revenue Services teams.
- Act as primary escalation point for claim resolution and client roadblocks.
- Partner with managers to assign daily tasks.
- Prepare and deliver performance evaluations and account reviews.
- Analyze claim payments for compliance with state fee schedules and contracts.
- Coordinate internal and external communications regarding client requests.
- Facilitate meetings for process improvement and issue resolution.
- Conduct quality control and performance management of staff.
- Train and mentor staff, including new hires.
