Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in the healthcare field in billing or collections.
  • 5 years of client-facing or customer service experience.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience with workers' compensation billing and collections preferred.
  • Intermediate understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing.
  • Strong computer proficiency including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of assigned Revenue Services teams.
  • Act as primary escalation point for claim resolution and client roadblocks.
  • Partner with managers to assign daily tasks.
  • Prepare and deliver performance evaluations and account reviews.
  • Analyze claim payments for compliance with state fee schedules and contracts.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications regarding client requests.
  • Facilitate meetings for process improvement and issue resolution.
  • Conduct quality control and performance management of staff.
  • Train and mentor staff, including new hires.
