Requirements
- 8+ years in IT leadership, with at least 2 years at the Director level in infrastructure, digital workplace, or end-user services.
- Experience managing technology platforms as products.
- Deep familiarity with modern endpoint management (Intune, macOS/Windows management, VDI).
- Proven track record of implementing AI/automation tools to enhance IT operations.
- Ability to drive organizational change for AI-augmented workflows.
- Exceptional ability to articulate technical vision to executive leadership.
- Demonstrated experience managing AV environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts (SD-WAN, ZTNA, wireless).
- Experience with ITSM platforms and maturing service delivery operations.
Responsibilities
- Architect the AI-Centric Digital Workplace by integrating generative AI and intelligent agents.
- Champion the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and implement sentiment-based metrics (eNPS).
- Drive Zero-Touch Automation for device lifecycle management, software distribution, and security patching.
- Define and maintain global standards for AV and conference room systems.
- Lead Tier 1/2 helpdesk operations, ITSM processes, and self-service capabilities.
- Direct hardware and software procurement, provisioning, and asset disposal strategy.
- Manage internal teams and external service providers.
- Manage the internal toolset as a product portfolio with a roadmap.
- Partner with Information Security on endpoint standards, compliance, and DLP controls.
