Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline.
- Competence in feasibility analysis and site identification.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Excellent management and organizational skills.
- Strong rationale and analytical thinking abilities.
- Established IT platform and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web/data-based platforms.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-award feasibility projects and support business development teams with detailed feasibility analysis.
- Provide enrollment modeling for study strategies.
- Undertake feasibility site outreach for pre-award opportunities.
- Lead post-award, rescue, and standalone feasibility projects in alignment with client requirements.
- Manage feasibility project teams, including training, timeline tracking, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Present feasibility strategies at kick-off meetings and provide sponsor updates.
- Engage with patient advocacy groups and site networks to support recruitment strategy.
- Support the development and implementation of feasibility processes, SOPs, and tools.
