Requirements
- 5+ years of development experience in a Business Operations or Systems Engineering environment.
- Strong Salesforce development skills including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and advanced Flows.
- Solid background in Java.
- Experience with middleware and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Clear and confident English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and build solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
- Collaborate directly with Sales and Marketing to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite using Celigo and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement AI-driven automations to improve data quality and reduce manual work.
- Support business logic and data flow between CRM and ERP systems.
- Partner with data teams on BigQuery and dbt to reflect business logic in reporting.
- Audit technical debt and convert legacy code to declarative solutions.
- Manage software releases, version control, and technical documentation.
