Requirements
- Degree in a relevant discipline (marketing, English, communications, or business).
- Internship experience in a professional services organization.
- Creative agency experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong editorial and proofreading skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Creating capabilities and pitch presentations using pre-existing and bespoke content.
- Supporting written proposal submissions by writing, editing, and ensuring narrative coherence.
- Coordinating contributions and feedback on proposals, tracking deadlines, and managing meeting notes.
- Supporting the team in defining project structure, scope, duration, and staffing.
- Executing standardized knowledge management workflows for presentation materials.
- Conducting market research on potential clients and business opportunities.
- Redesigning presentations for consistent look-and-feel.
- Managing BD team housekeeping tasks including calendar management and pipeline maintenance.
