Requirements
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in Fintech.
- Proven track record of running complex projects balancing technical constraints with customer needs.
- Foundational knowledge of Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit/debit cards, prepaid cards, and payment processors.
- Understanding of APIs, SQL, and payment processing mechanics.
- Deep understanding of account connectivity services such as Plaid, manual linking, and automated verification.
- Expertise in data analysis to articulate trade-offs between security and customer friction.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the payments and billing roadmap in collaboration with Engineering, Finance, and Data Science.
- Drive improvements for bank account connectivity and verification experiences.
- Develop strategy to leverage payment technologies like Recurly, Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit cards, and ACH.
- Expand payment ecosystem to include integrations like Venmo, Zelle, and other emerging rails.
- Drive workflow strategies to improve operational efficiency in managing payment exceptions.
- Lead high-stakes relationships and technical integrations with payment processors and bank SaaS providers.
