Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role
  • 5+ years of CRM industry experience
  • Ability to drive requirement gathering
  • Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
  • Experience with GenAI prompt writing
  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems
  • Ability to tie outcomes to business value through storytelling
  • Proficiency with flow charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team
  • Willingness to learn new technologies

Responsibilities

  • Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
  • Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert
  • Bring an experience design-focused mindset to solutions
  • Work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap
  • Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, or Service Intelligence
  • Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
  • Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
  • Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities
