Requirements
- Proven track record of success in-house at a high growth direct response B2C start-up.
- Experience with at least two of the following channels: Radio, Podcasts, Direct Mail, Creator Partnerships, Sponsorships.
- Ability to work autonomously, learn quickly, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior leaders.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience of direct response marketing experience.
- 3+ years managing offline performance Marketing campaigns at a high growth company.
- Advanced MS Excel and ability to work effectively with AI tools (ie, Hex, Claude, Gemini).
- Experience with adtech and data teams to prioritize your platform and measurement needs.
- Rigorous approach to testing, iterating, and implementing learnings.
Responsibilities
- Own both strategy and execution to drive marketing performance in line with budget and goals.
- Track performance on a weekly and monthly basis and make adjustments to improve target KPIs.
- Partner with internal teams (e.g. Creative, Analytics, MarTech, Product, Finance) to effectively drive all aspects of the channels you manage.
- Manage external agencies in executing media buys, negotiations, contracts, and reconciliations.
- Regularly perform deep analysis on channel performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by frequently presenting recommendations on new test expansion opportunities, and ways to scale operationally such as AI enabled systems.
- Drive executive communications by presenting insights and forward-looking strategies in biweekly and quarterly meetings with senior leadership.
- Function as the expert across channels and stay up to date on industry/competitive trends and technologies, betas, and best practices.
