Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience working with clients and building relationships
  • Direct experience in the employee benefits/benefit administration industry
  • 2+ years’ experience operating as a Client Services Lead
  • Strong understanding of healthcare administration
  • Strong relationship management and project management expertise
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to lead client meetings and deliver presentations
  • Ability to maintain grace under pressure
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver
  • Tech savvy with comfort learning new technology

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a day-to-day liaison between our clients and our production teams
  • Manage and facilitate client calls and new client administrator training
  • Maintain all client documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures
  • Engage in ongoing educational opportunities on product releases
  • Educate and collaborate with clients on relevant product updates
  • Provide concise communication regarding new system functionality and project initiatives
  • Drive continual improvement of the delivery of services
  • Coordinate Annual Enrollment related activities
  • Participate in sales finalist meetings and prospect visits
  • Partner with internal teams to identify trends and training needs
