- 7+ years’ experience working with clients and building relationships
- Direct experience in the employee benefits/benefit administration industry
- 2+ years’ experience operating as a Client Services Lead
- Strong understanding of healthcare administration
- Strong relationship management and project management expertise
- Analytical skills
- Ability to lead client meetings and deliver presentations
- Ability to maintain grace under pressure
- Resourceful and creative problem solver
- Tech savvy with comfort learning new technology
Responsibilities
- Serve as a day-to-day liaison between our clients and our production teams
- Manage and facilitate client calls and new client administrator training
- Maintain all client documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures
- Engage in ongoing educational opportunities on product releases
- Educate and collaborate with clients on relevant product updates
- Provide concise communication regarding new system functionality and project initiatives
- Drive continual improvement of the delivery of services
- Coordinate Annual Enrollment related activities
- Participate in sales finalist meetings and prospect visits
- Partner with internal teams to identify trends and training needs
