Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in a recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or customer support role.
- Experience managing a high volume of candidates or clients.
- Strong experience building rapport via phone, text, email, and virtual interactions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates.
- Excellent attention to detail for compliance and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently.
- Strong technical aptitude for ATS, CRM, and automation platforms.
- Preferred: Experience in home care, caregiving, or regulated industries.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and reactive support to candidates to address barriers and increase conversion.
- Monitor candidate progression through systems and intervene to ensure efficiency.
- Review documents and conduct state-regulated compliance checks.
- Re-engage candidates, seek referrals, and execute high-need market strategies.
- Manage central operational support via voicemails, tickets, and emails.
- Participate in pilots to test new assessment methods, referral strategies, or workflow changes.
