Requirements

  • 10+ years in Solution or Sales Engineering
  • 5+ years leading SE teams
  • Track record of winning large enterprise deals in CX, contact center, or AI/ML
  • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise SaaS and integrations (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect, Salesforce)
  • Ability to address LLM evaluation, security, and data-residency concerns
  • Executive-level communication skills (CIO/CTO level)
  • Experience designing sales playbooks and team processes

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery, demos, architecture deep-dives, and POCs for large prospects
  • Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing SE team
  • Partner with Sales Leadership on deal strategy and technical execution
  • Design demos, reference architectures, and POC frameworks that scale
  • Convert competitive signals and gaps into product roadmap input
  • Coordinate with Implementation teams to de-risk handoffs
  • Manage SE metrics, forecasting, and capacity planning
