Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in law firm, legal technology consulting, or legal industry-focused business analyst roles.
- 7+ years of experience delivering complex, large-scale system implementations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (3+ years) and Power BI (3+ years).
- Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake (2+ years).
- Deep understanding of legal industry operations and workflows.
- Strong integration experience across multiple enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with generative AI and advanced data governance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions across diverse enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with law firm stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive data management and governance initiatives for quality and security.
- Utilize SQL, Python, and Power BI to extract, transform, analyze, and visualize data.
- Identify and implement opportunities for emerging technologies, including generative AI.
- Manage complex, multi-year implementation roadmaps.
- Present insights and thought leadership at industry events and conferences.
