Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or internal recruitment within SaaS or tech scale-up environments
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and functions
- Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates effectively
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders in structured hiring processes
- Solid understanding of structured recruitment frameworks, including scorecards, interview guides, and assessments
- Familiarity with fair hiring practices and inclusive recruitment principles
- Strong judgment in evaluating talent beyond keywords and CVs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Comfort working independently in a remote, global environment
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from intake and sourcing through to offer and onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build scorecards, and align on hiring strategies
- Source and engage passive candidates through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and talent mapping
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles across multiple functions and geographies
- Conduct screening and coordinate interviews while ensuring a structured and consistent hiring process
- Improve hiring workflows, including job descriptions, interview guides, assessments, and debrief frameworks
- Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing, candidate evaluation, and decision-making practices
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback at every stage
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-hire
- Use data insights to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to hiring processes
